|
This department focuses on education and research to create security from a technical standpoint; protecting nature, cities, and medical facilities from crime and accidents to enable a safe life. Learning the basics is the first step so that one may apply this knowledge; ultimately training experts who can identify the finer details in the event of a larger, more complex crisis.

Recently there seems to be more and more natural disasters. Through these disasters human frailty is apparent. With the hope of alleviating the suffering of humanity at these disasters I enrolled in the Disaster prevention Department. These past two and a half years I have learned a great deal in my classes and grown which has increased my confidence.
From our curriculum combustions has interested me greatly and I hope to use what I have learned to the benefit of society and diligently continue research and experimentations.
