Director Fumitsugu Otsuki Message.

Kake Educational Institution, which established and operates the Chiba Institute of Science, has actively perused international exchanges at the university level since the 1970’s. With the understanding that international relationships are vital we have expanded our sister schools to high school an academic cooperation. Through these exchanges students, staff and faculty from both our institution and our partner school have gained invaluable experiences and vitality.

As a result of our international exchanges in 2004 we were able to establish the Faculty of Pharmacy and the first Faculty of Risk and Crises Management in Asia at the Chiba Institute of Science. The Faculty of Risk and Crisis Management as a new Field of Academia has limitless potential and had draw a great deal of world wide attention. Many students from various nations have come with high goals to study this new field at the Chiba Institute of Science. We look forward to continuing to reach out to the world by extending our students the opportunity to travel and study at our partner schools and join with the citizens of Choshi to welcome foreign students to Choshi and our campus to peruse their dreams
