I am most pleased to be work with students who wish to study at universities of the Kake Educational Institution. In December of 2004 Sir Lanka was greatly affected by the Sumatra Tsunami. From that experience it became clear that knowledge and skills of Risk and Crises Management is necessary. The field of Risk and Crises Management is not just for Sri Lanka or Japan but the world. I look forward to having student from all of Asia bringing the knowledge they learned at the first university of Risk and Crises Management to the world.

Chiba Institute of Science was established in2004 with modern Pharmaceutical Life Science, Medical Pharmacology, and Risk and Crisis Management Departments and based on the philosophy of is parent institution the Kake Education Institution of bringing out the potential of each and every student. As the China Branch Director of the Kake Educational Institution I personally know of the high academic achievements of the Chiba Institute of Science, especially in regards its dedication to foreign student education, as I have sent many students there from China. While there these students not only lean their chosen field but experience the unique Japanese culture and way of life first hand. As the Principle of the Peking Heise Japanese Language School I pray for their development and the achievement of their dreams. And in the spirit of globalization I also hope that Japanese students will come to China and experience the rich and ancient culture as well as traditions that China has to offer. It is my hope that the Chiba Institute of Science will continue its success and continue developing the ties between Japan and China.

Allow me to introduce myself my name is Eiichi Matsuoka and I am the Taiwan Branch Director of the Kake Education Institution. As the Taiwan Branch we assist students who wish to enroll in the Chiba Institute of Science by providing information on the University, its Department, the academic environment, and campus life as well as assisting in the application process as foreign students. As the application process my present challenges we provide guidance in filling out forms and ensure there are no mistakes on application forms, thus allowing students to proceed uninhibited through the process. We help students attain their goal of studying in Japan.
