Airplane and Ferry Wrecks, Mega-Earthquakes, Tsunami, Epidemics, Virus-Outbreaks, Medical Errors…
it is unfortunate that many critical and deadly events lay heavy on our souls.
Some of these have been caused by human errors (accidents), yet others have been caused by stupidity and
malice (terrorism). So many kinds of malicious attacks have been brought about by circumstance and threatened
our lives: the Tokyo Sarin Attack (1995), the Airplane Attack in New York (2001),
the Anthrax Exposure in Washington D.C. (2001), and more.
To remedy this situation, we must prepare to resolve these disasters and establish a way to prevent them from occurring.
Therefore, we would like to discuss together about recent progress on crisis management and disaster prevention.
