Students Participation in the Scientific Programs Exhibition All Official Documentation Early Registration Procedures The Registration Form should be downloaded and e-mailed, or mailed prior to July 15th, 2008 at the discoumted rate. And, if the payment of the fees cannot be confirmed, this early registration cannot be received. Please fill the Registration Form in the reception desk, and pay the fees by credit card or cash. We will pass the participation certificate and abstract book. And there are limit of number of abstract books. Cancellation The registration fee will be refunded only for cancellations received in writing to the Organizing Committee. The following cancellation charge and bank charge will be deducted from the fees paid. Please clearly indicate the bank anme, branch, account name, and account number to which the refund should be made. On or before July 15th, 2008 : 30% of registration fee After July 16th, 2008 : No refund
