亀甲

亀甲　龍彦 (きっこう　たつひこ) 　／　Tatsuhiko Kikko

発熱や痛みに関連するプロスタグランジンEP3α受容体、寿命に関与するmethuselah遺伝子のヒトホモログの発現蛋白質であるAPG1受容体、中枢神経に遍在するGABAB受容体などといった七回膜貫通型Gタンパク質共役受容体の細胞内第３ループ部位のＧタンパク質活性化機能と立体構造の関連性をラジオイムノアッセイや表面プラズモン共鳴、原子間力顕微鏡、２ＤNMRなどによって検討することが主な研究テーマです。
